Verdict
Carlingford Lough won four out of six over hurdles and was expected to make a winning debut over fences here last month but could only finish third behind shock winner Weslife. He was very progressive over timber so he may just have needed the experience over the bigger obstacles and has to be a threat. He'llberemembered also did well over hurdles and almost certainly found 2m on the short side on his chasing debut behind Days Ahead at Tramore. A mistake at the last didn't help his cause and this longer trip should bring about improvement. Fine Presentation ran reasonably well on his chasing bow at Cork but in the hope that LYREEN LEGEND is ready after a long break he's given the nod as he landed a Grade 2 over hurdles at Thurles in March and has always been regarded as a potentially high-class chaser.
