The combination of Reggie Roberts and Pat Smullen look irresistible despite MISTY LANE being beaten 3l by Kanes Pass at Roscommon. The six-year-old front-runner appeared to resent being taken on early on that occasion and is expected to bounce back on this much softer ground. Kanes Pass was only raised 2lb for her victory and Leigh Roche claims more than that back so she has to be a threat along with the very consistent Sretaw, though she's been narrowly beaten in her last four starts and has gone up a total of 13lb. In Salutem is running well and only 3lb higher than his last success and Six Silver Lane, who was in such good form earlier in the season, bounced back with a very good run at Killarney.
