Landing Zone was well supported at Fairyhouse after just missing out for a place at Leopardstown but never really looked like winning and is still a maiden after 10 starts. Swiss Army Officer has virtually the same statistics but was a long way behind when Starlite Dancer gained his first success on his 13th start at Cork, though it was only by the narrowest of margins. The latter has been raised 5lb but New Vocation has been running well from this mark for some time and can go close again with Ben Coen's claim to help. OUT ON FRIDAY is 0-16 but almost gained his maiden victory at Leopardstown on Thursday where he looked certain to win only to be caught close home. In that sort of form, he would be difficult to beat from the same mark. Emphatic, placed twice at the Festival last year, was engaged in the 7.15 last night so that result should be monitored.
