Aidan O'Brien and Dermot Weld have shared the last eight of these with score 6-2 in favour of the latter. Both were well represented at the early stage and rely on once-raced entries this time. JAMAICA has a very strong middle-distance pedigree so did well to get so close to stablemate Gleneagles over this trip at the Curragh. The winner has subsequently landed a Group Three so that form looks strong enough for this. Weld relies on Postulation, who also ran in that Curragh event finishing around 4l behind the selection. That was an eye-catching run and it would be no great shock if he reversed the form. Vocaliser attracted no support at Leopardstown where he looked in need of the experience so Jim Bolger's colt, a half-brother to a winning miler, will have come on markedly for the run. Dudes And Diamonds showed the benefit of his opening run with a better effort at Tipperary and further progress can put him in the picture.
