All four have claims with three course-and-distance winners on show. Tender Surprise has revealed a good attitude to claim a couple of sellers here but this is a more challenging assignment, especially having to concede weight all round into the bargain. Jaja De Jau is not the most straightforward and is quickly put back over hurdles after falling over fences last time, not having looked a complete natural over the larger obstacles. She should appreciate the return but SURENESS contested a much, much better race last time at Newton Abbot, having previously won a decent handicap here and is surely open to further progress over timber as the only four-year-old on show. Cherry Lodge showed enough on debut to have a chance with Richard Johnson booked.
