Petit Tartare was always in the front rank and stayed on strongly to catch the odds-on Balliniska Band on the line at Listowel. Joseph O'Brien also runs Paris Texas, who scored over 2m3f at Downpatrick before beaten over the same trip at Clonmel. Whatsafellatodo was a 50/1 chance when runner-up at Kilbeggan in August but was well supported when scoring at Listowel last month. The third has won impressively since so the form looks strong. Kellyiscool has been threatening to win for some time and looked like doing so at Downpatrick last month when leading at the last but didn't quite stay the 2m3f. EPSWELL, placed in bumpers in France, started long odds-on for his debut over timber at Sligo and scored with a bit in hand. He can win again though Willie Mullins also runs Cool Colonnade, who defied a year off to make a successful debut for the yard at Sligo but couldn't handle the step up in class behind stable companion Easy Game here in July. Neither Lucky Icon nor last week's shock Roscommon winner Stander can be dismissed in a very competitive heat.
