Red Avenger is still well handicapped despite winning at the Curragh on his penultimate start while Perfect Soldier won a maiden at the fixture last year but pulled up in two starts over hurdles in the spring. Koybig was conceding Prosecution 12lb when catching him on the line at Killarney and the latter will be 2lb better off with Tom Madden's claim taken into account so there's nothing between them. Honor Oak looked like winning for much of the way over 7f here on Monday but was run out of it in the final furlong. She's probably better over this trip and the quicker ground should enable her to get into contention again. Dermot Weld tries Knowing You in a visor though her two victories last summer came on heavy ground so this can go to TONY THE GENT. Ger Lyons' charge has a course and distance victory to his credit and though he's been running well at a similar level is still 3lb lower than his victory at the Curragh last summer. The veteran Dinkum Diamond is very well handicapped and showed a bit more life here on Monday while last year's winner Remarkable Lady is only 1lb higher and has mainly been running in better company.
