JP McManus has eight entered and Barry Geraghty has chosen Le Richebourg. From last year's winning stable, he's regarded as a horse with a great deal of potential but finished a long way second to WHISKEY SOUR (NAP) in the Future Champions Novice Hurdle at Punchestown in December. The winner, one of six from the Willie Mullins yard, won two major handicaps on the Flat at the fixture last year and as a Grade 1 winner over timber looks very well handicapped. Jer's Girl is another well in though she'll need to rediscover her best form while last year's winner Tigris River had a run in a Grade 3 at Tipperary last month to put him straight.
