An open handicap chase where none of them make too much appeal, however the tentative nod goes to Brigardier Du Bois with Spider Boy and Mighty Moose two in with chances. The selection won this race last year and as the only course winner in the lineup, he must have solid claims of making it two years in a row. His third behind Milton Des Bieffes last time out reads fairly well in the context of this race, and with the ground to his liking, he must have fair claims. Spider Boy's second ten days ago at Fakenham was over the smaller obstacles, however he reverts to chasing today with every chance. He goes well in the ground, however the fact that he is still a maiden after 28 runs means that he has to be opposed. Mighty Moose is unexposed and makes his handicap debut today with Daryl Jacob aboard. He should be watched for signs of confidence in the market, however he would have to step up significantly on previous efforts to feature here. At bigger prices Star Galaxy and Carroll's O' Tully could go well, however we will tentatively return to Lucy Wadham's Brigardier Du Bois to lead them home.
