Kind Sir just gets the vote here ahead of Harik and Selberry. The selection is generally consistent and, having won from a four-pound higher mark at Catterick last year, has to come firmly into the reckoning from a rating of 100. His second to Talbot Lad last time also reads very well so he ought to run a big race. Harik is the only course and distance winner in the line-up and is now only two-pounds higher in the ratings than for his Plumpton win last March, so he clearly holds chances and Breaking Breeze looked very promising when scoring twice in the summer of 2002 but has not been seen since. Selberry is not far off a winning mark now and should be competitive for place-money but, overall, we will stick with Kind Sir.
