Master T hasn't won since 2006 but may still be good enough to land this prize; Jupon Vert and Star Of Germany are amongst the dangers. The selection has made the frame here on several occasions so handles the track well enough and has slipped to a very workable mark due to his barren period. One couldn't be confident about his chance given recent performances but the application of blinkers may help to stop the slide as may the drop in grade. The usually consistent Jupon Vert did disappoint last time but had readily accounted for Star Of Germany on his penultimate start and could well bounce back although he is worse off at the weights with the Pipe runner. Vibe and Deltic Arrow were both entitled to need their latest outings and could improve but their race records don't make compelling reading whilst Irish Stream has a good bit of progress to make as well. Master T is the selection therefore but by default as much as anything else.
