      Verdict

      A seller in all but name. Douceur des Songes is likely to head the market after a recent win over hurdles but with doubts about his chase fencing, Klondike Charger is duly selected. Philip Pritchard appears to be cutting out a career for himself as a placer of horses and this 9-year-old gelding should at least have no problem in navigating the fences albeit at a sedentary pace. The Alleycat is likely to try and burn them off from the front. He is exposed but nonetheless dangerous if allowed a soft lead. Wot No Cash ran a fair race in defeat at Warwick in non-selling grade. Bit Of A Snob finished behind him on a previous meeting at Chepstow. Cyanara ran at Worcester on Sunday. In a modest event, Klondike Charger just about deserves the vote.
