    Verdict

A competitive handicap chase here with many in form rivals in opposition including Tino, Renaloo and Beefy Nova and the confident vote goes to Tino. The seven year old from the Jeff King yard is still well weighted on his best form of a couple of seasons ago despite rising in the weights and a reproduction of his latest effort when defeating Silent Snipe would make him hard to beat. Renaloo rates the main danger he has dropped to a handy mark and ran as if about to hit form when sixth in a handicap hurdle last time out, the switch to fences should suit and he will not be far away. Beefy Nova is game and consistent and he is sure to run his race but it will be disappointing if this exposed 11 years old scores as his younger rivals look to have more scope. Of the remainder Smart Guy would have a chance on his best form but disappointed last time so we will side with the bang in form Tino.
