Promanco got her act together in May, winning at Ludlow and Wetherby. She should go well with her stable in fine form. Antony won over course and distance in June and has twice finished second over shorter trips here since while Foxcub has a touch of class, though may just need this. After Eight Sivola also makes his seasonal reappearance but he won over a similar trip for Lizzie Kelly at Taunton in December and beat Benbecula at Wincanton in April, despite finding the trip short enough. GIOIA DI VITA made all to beat Antony over shorter here last month and stays this trip. The runner-up is 6lb better off but Richard Newland's versatile five-year-old can confirm placing and record a second course victory.
