BUTE STREET is in superb form and on the evidence of his recent Chepstow successes he looks capable of completing a hat-trick. Trip and ground will suit the Ron Hodges-trained pick, who is up by 8lb for the second of those Welsh wins, when the front pair were eight lengths clear of the remainder. With little else here in great form he is a confident choice to defy topweight. Chris Wall has his string in good nick and so Galiotto would appear to have frame claims if he acts on this first try on soft ground. One who does so is Jasmeno, who stays further than this and looks to be the biggest threat to the selection under an 8lb rise in the weights for last week's comfortable Bath success. Course and distance scorer Dove Cottage is back on a handy mark and we could see an improvement on recent efforts, though preference is for Bute Street.
