      Verdict

      ALFRESCO is in fine form and can reverse his recent Lingfield running with Regal Royale, who rates as the main danger. His last two runs have been on soft ground but he goes on faster turf so the conditions will hold no fear here. He gets a 4lb pull with Regal Royale and has less than a length to make up, and with Ryan Moore booked that could be enough to reverse the form. Apart from Regal Royale, Overwing should be involved at the business end judging by his win over c&d earlier in the month. However, everything looks in place for a big run from Alfresco and he is the selection.
