Summer's Eve is the pick ahead of Dyanita, with Italic, Trinity Rose, To Dubai and Swan Queen all worth noting for the future. Summer's Eve is very well related, being a sister to Papineau and a half-sister to Silver Patriarch, and as she holds entries in both the English and Irish Oaks, will be expected to step up on her return at Windsor three weeks ago. The daughter of Singspiel certainly shaped like a certain future winner there when second to The Last Drop. That was over 10 furlongs, and the extra distance today should bring about more improvement as she bids to beat another Barry Hills inmate, Dyanita. She finished third to the useful Leningrad on her Windsor return, and is another that will thrive for the step up in trip. Italic makes her seasonal reappearance and in contrast is not guaranteed to stay, but Trinity Rose will have no problems in that department after finding only the impressive Remember Ramos too good at Musselburgh. She had plenty use made of her that day and a bit more restraint may see her involved in the finish as well. To Dubai needs to improve on her Leicester debut, as does Swan Queen, but she will surely like the extra two furlongs here. An interesting contest can go to Classic entry Summer's Eve.
