Verdict

Alba Stella looks to have been found an easy opportunity to score at the expense of Cold Turkey. Alba Stella always struck as a type who would improve markedly for a step up in trip and he confirmed that impression with a ready success at Newcastle last week. She is still ahead of the handicapper and looks likely to be the type to run up a sequence. Cold Turkey is the most feasible alternative. He is running well enough at present. Today represents a step up in trip for him and should offer no problems on that score. Lady Lakshmi and Dodger have not shown anything to recommend them in this company and are duly opposed. Therefore we will back Sir Mark Prescott to continue his great run through the summer with a swift follow-up success for Alba Stella.
