In depth

Verdict

Laurollie is given the vote over Cois Na Tine Eile, with Taragan, Balletomaine and Atriffic Story others to conjure with in the finale. The trip could be the key here, as Laurollie will find it to her advantage after staying on in second behind Moonfleet on her last visit to the Kent track. That was over 10 furlongs, but prior to that she had won well over a mile and a half at Lingfield, and as she lines up in decent form, Jeremy Naylor's filly should make a bold bid to atone. Cois Na Tine Eile came good at Warwick a fortnight ago but that was a seller and she has more to do. Taragan carries a six-pound penalty for her shock win at Yarmouth just two days ago, while Balletomaine stayed on for third at Wolverhampton last time but has to give weight away all round. Atriffic Story is worth persevering with over this sort of trip and has a bit of scope, but overall, Laurollie is the percentage call.
