In depth

Verdict

WOOLFALL TREASURE looks to be the one here dispute a penalty and he gets the nod over Karky Schultz. After a good weekend, Gary Moore will be hopeful that his run can continue with Woolfall Treasure. Rated in the high 80's on the flat, the Daylami gelding was impressive when winning on his hurdling debut at Fontwell. Two subsequent runs have not been as profitable but his form still stands out and he handled soft ground on the level. Karky Schultz is still a maiden after 14 starts all told, but he looks like making up into a better hurdler than flat horse and his Huntingdon run of last time reads well. Harveys Spirit is held behind Karky Schultz on that Huntingdon outing but may well improve on that debut run, whilst Capeleira and Pix White are unknowns. The former only had two runs on the level; whilst the latter is ex-Italian but does look the stable second-string. The modest flat maiden Hawkstar Express completes the field but it is Woolfall Treasure who can make class tell.
