Frankie Dettori was in hot form on Saturday and he can continue the good work in this opener aboard Elvina, Jasmine Pearl and Montillia look to be the main dangers. The selection ran a decent enough race on her return from a seven month break when finishing five lengths behind Mystery Pips at Wolverhampton. Her best turf form of last season came on fast ground and with that run behind her she should be spot on for this. Jasmine Pearl has been running much better than her form figures suggest. She has winning form on firm ground and off this lowly handicap mark she could find her way into the places. Montilllia was successful over this trip on fast ground at Musselburgh last July and following two promising runs this term could be reaching her peak again. In a wide open affair Chantelle's Dream and Enjoy The Buzz are also worthy of respect, but Elvina looks the pick of the weights this afternoon and she gets the vote.
