A large field goes to post for this maiden but on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning and the main protagonists look to be Wingspeed, Miss The Boat and Rightful Ruler and the vote is given to Miss The Boat. The selection was a good second in a similar race behind Penny Wedding last time out and with this slightly shorter trip looking sure to suit he need only run up to that mark to score. Wingspeed rates the main danger rates the main danger on his latest second behind Wavetree Warrior but that form has since been let down and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Rightful Ruler is another that could go well on his latest third behind Royal Jet but he has looked very one-paced and may be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Of the remainder Dawn At Sea is a well bred type from a shrewd yard and should be noted in the market but her breeding suggest she will do better in time and for the winner we return to Miss The Boat.
