In depth

Verdict

The drop to this trip may not be ideal for Doctored as he bids to land a quick-fire hat-trick, so marginal preference is given to Another Glimpse, who is back on a winning mark after struggling to make an impact at a slightly higher grade. Of the rest: Firework is respected and can never be confidently ruled out when he has his ground, while Tayif has been revitalised by Andrew Reid and would be dangerous to dismiss too quickly in race of this nature. However, he has a little to find with the selection on their all weather form and he is not the most reliable of horses to be recommending for a big stakes play. Therefore, we return to Another Glimpse as he fits the exact criteria required to concede weight to lesser rivals this afternoon.
