It will be interesting to see where the field head for once the gates burst open but there appears to be more strength-in-depth to those drawn on the stands' side so Urban Calm is tentatively forwarded as the selection. General Feeling hails from a yard that are just stepping things up a gear and this son of General Monash has plenty of scope for improvement this term. As does Eisteddfod, who makes his belated debut here. He is a half-brother to the useful Boston Lodge and will improve with racing if he runs to expectations. The market will obviously be good guide here and support can be considered as being significant. However, Urban Calm made a very encouraging debut at Thirsk last month and is expected to be a different proposition now that she has the benefit of that run behind her.
