    Verdict

Alaweer could be anything after winning his maiden by six lengths at Pontefract. The extra quarter-mile shouldn't be a problem and he's a threat to all. Cape Victoria has won twice this year over 1m4f but has been raised 5lb after winning narrowly at Brighton and could find the higher mark too much. STRAWBERRY MARTINI stays further so is likely to set a searching gallop. She impressed when beating Satellite at Sandown and can defy her penalty with Kieran Shoemark's allowance mostly offsetting the extra 6lb. Perfect Summer is gradually getting there and is preferred to Age of Elegance of the others with the latter yet to really prove herself on Turf.
