In depth

Verdict

DEFINATELY VINNIE is 0-12 over fences but has finished second three times and his turn may finally have arrived. He is not short of stamina and has shown he handles heavy going in the past. Dont Be Robin is still 7lb higher than when successful at Chepstow in April but he has been knocking on the door since returning from his summer holidays and is another who will cope with conditions. Steel Native is a course and distance winner but has a bit to prove at present while Truckers Cailin will have to prove a Plumpton second was no fluke.
