held up in rear, ridden and headway over 2f out, not clear run and switched right over 1f out, ran on to go 2nd inside final furlong, no chance with winner
slowly away, always in rear
soon ridden along in rear, never a factor
close up, ridden over 2f out, hung left from over 1f out, kept on same pace
chased leaders, ridden to chase winner 2f out, kept on same pace final furlong
keen led, headed over 4f out, led again over 2f out, ridden clear entering final furlong, ran on
rider removed blind late, slowly away and went left start, headway to lead over 4f out, headed over 2f out, weakened over 1f out, eased
Another modest sprint and best to stick with recent winning form in the shape of Sylvester Kirk's Piccolo filly, PURLEY QUEEN. She's improved notably the last twice and scored with something to spare over C&D a week ago under Richard Hughes. She receives a 6lb penalty for that victory which is offset by the booking of 7lb claimer, Thomas Brown. Verus Delicia was third that day and should get closer this time without reversing placings and the remainder have little or no form of note to recommend them. Maybe the move into handicap company will generate some improvement with Tenderly Place a hopeful choice for third spot.
