      Verdict

      WHISTLEDOWN has a 6lb penalty for Friday's victory in a Nottingham nursery but had a bit in hand and can go in again. None of the remainder have reached a place though Ailish T was a close fourth at Hamilton before finding softish ground against her at Ripon. Winter Siege showed some potential before he was also unsuited by soft ground at Lingfield where Mount Rainier ran quite well in fourth.
