Alfie Spinner was due to contest yesterday’s Midlands Grand National. Zephyros Bleu steps up a grade off a 12lb higher mark after opening his account over course and distance in December. Wuff usually attracts market support and reverting to a longer trip should suit. Bob Ford likes it here and is tried in cheekpieces while Nansaroy should be getting of the mark sooner rather than later. Henllan Harri finally won again over a shorter trip here at the start of the month and is only 2lb higher but HERBERT PARK appeared to run very well behind Label Des Obeaux at Exeter and, if the penny has dropped, he could go one better today.
