In depth

Verdict

This features a few disappointing types but the official handicapper believes that WOODFORT has a few pounds in hand on his rivals so her gets the nod. The grey is 0-5 over hurdles but ran his best race to date over this trip at Doncaster when only beaten a couple of lengths. Ghost River has ability but is proving very unpredictable with his best recent run coming over a much longer trip at Plumpton. Ninepointsixthree has won bumpers and Flat races but is likely to find today’s going too soft.
