In depth

Verdict

Rollwiththepunches should be all the better for his comeback run behind Mille Chief at Sandown but the one to be on here is probably SHOEGAZER. Tom Scudamore has chosen him over stablemate Battle Group off the back of an encouraging third over a slightly longer trip at Wincanton off a 3lb lower mark. Salontyre has been running well this season but still has his stamina to prove over this trip, while Je Ne Sais Plus ran a shocker at Towcester last month and is probably high enough in the weights at present. Reindeer Dippin was even further behind at Towcester but will have needed that run and could be the pick of the remainder ahead of the free-running Benfleet Boy.
