Another tight handicap here, however the principals look to be Motcomb Jam, Radcliffe and The Pennys Dropped and we will side with Radcliffe. The gelding from the Venetia Williams yard won well a couple of runs ago when defeating Colonial Sunset by a distance. He fell last time out when he held every chance and if his confidence has not been effected he will be hard to beat off what still looks a fair mark. The Pennys Dropped is a grand stamp of a horse but he has ran very green in his chases to date and he may need more time. Motcomb Jam won well last time out but this looks harder under his penalty and his stable are woefully out of form. Of the remainder Be Upstanding goes really well round here so is worth noting in the market, while El Cordobes is better over a shorter trip so we are happy to stick with Radcliffe.
