Verdict

It doesn't usually pay to look beyond Nicky Henderson's runners as he's won with five of his seven bumper runners at the track in the past five seasons which could be even better but for the fact that he had two runners contesting the same race during that period. CEILIDH ROYAL, a half-sister to Barbers Shop, was turned over at odds-on on debut at Ludlow on soft ground and is worth another chance on a quicker surface. Catspan also represents respected connections and he shaped with promise at Uttoxeter in May and looks up to winning races in this sphere whilst Irish point winner Dontupsettherhythm is entitled to improve on an encouraging debut at Market Rasen.
