Verdict

Mr Jay Dee landed a Southwell bumper last summer and a maiden hurdle at Kelso in October. He jumped moderately when encountering much softer conditions at Huntingdon last time and has a stiff task under his penalty. Irish bumper winner All For Free looked as though he was getting the hang of hurdling when staying on behind Nosecond Chance here on New Year's Day though he may prefer further while Meridiem, who showed a little promise in bumpers, was tailed off on her debut over timber at Market Rasen. LADY HIGHT is a full sister to the useful hurdler Mister Hight so was always going to do better when tackling obstacles. She's performed with credit in a couple of bumpers and, with all the allowances in her favour, looks another for the champion jockey.
