In depth

Verdict

Bishop Wulstan was in very good form at this time a year ago scoring at Newbury but he's never really threatened subsequently. Daphiglote has won on the Flat and over timber in France but that was a long time ago while Daliance was a big disappointment at Huntingdon ten days ago after scoring comfortably there a fortnight earlier. Kayfton Pete has been waiting for better ground and this still looks on the soft side but Tara Mac would have a chance on his easy victory at Carlisle in May providing there's no more rain. LEE SIDE LADY is only a tentative selection in a poor race as she hasn't run since September though she looked the type to do a bit better when scoring on ground with some give at Fontwell in August.
