    Verdict

COSMOLOGIST hails from a yard that's capable of readying one after an absence and may be the star in this line-up. Midsummer Magic returns to a track that seems to suit and is respected whilst Yossi and Mvuto have the ability to show up well. Charlie Egerton's runner has long been absent from the track but showed a decent level of form in three starts in 2006/7. The trainer's not enjoyed the best of seasons but he has a good record at this venue and Cosmologist may be able to maintain the run. Nicky Henderson is another trainer that it pays to follow here and Midsummer Magic is sure to have her supporters but she has been a trifle disappointing since making a promising debut. Yossi may fare better now tried in a tonguetie whilst Mvuto finished clear of the remainder when second at Leicester but neither has always entirely convinced in the finish in the past so we're happy enough to pass them over in favour of Cosmologist.
