Few of these have shown much but INDEPENDENT MISSY is an exception. She almost defied a 66/1 SP at the Curragh when just failing to hold the well-supported Sonaiyla. That was a fine effort from the daughter of Dandy Man and normal progress should see her go one better. Clashaniska had looked a certain future winner after her debut at the Curragh but was subsequently a short-priced beaten favourite three times at Naas before a moderate latest run at Limerick. Limit Long looks the main threat as he followed a narrow defeat over 7f here, when Marwari was well beaten, with a good run in a Listed race at the Curragh over the same trip.
