EMANCIPATOR (NAP) went up 15lb for a very easy victory over fences at Clonmel in April but failed to take advantage of a lower mark over timber in two subsequent runs. He gets another chance to lose his maiden tag in this moderate event. Son Of Mahler returned after a break to run well at Downpatrick in March and was well supported on a return visit a few weeks later but never got involved. Hard Target's two placed efforts have been on good going but Flashthelights would have to be considered on his victory in a big field at Naas in March.
