Verdict

Charlie Luciano made most and was only headed on the run-in by Cougar at Gowran and the winner won again on Saturday. Grizabella and Calico are well held on that run though the latter did better on heavy ground at Galway next time. Bestaline is expected to come on markedly for her run at Punchestown while Gavin Cromwell has his horses flying and Mister Wilson has been in winning form on the Flat. ZARAK THE BRAVE went for €200,000 after winning on the Flat in France and he's superbly bred for jumping so connections will be expecting a winning debut.
