In depth

Verdict

CARSONSTOWN BOY, runner-up to Tammys Hill in last year's Foxhunters at Cheltenham, finished fourth this time around and that sort of form should give him the edge over Court Frontier. The latter has been making steady progress and is still a youngster in this sphere with his easy victory over the useful James at Downpatrick pointing to him being a real threat to the selection. Cork Citizen was beaten a long way at Cheltenham but may still be good enough to snatch the minor place as Dawn N Drank disappointed when strongly fancied at Kilworth last month.
