Almah should be capable of giving weight and a beating to these rivals, Doof and Complete Outsider may chase him home. This daughter of Al Mufti easily landed novice events at Towcester and Leicester before finding Bongo Fury and company too strong in a Sandown handicap. Back in this grade she will take all the beating. Martin Pipe runs both Earn Out and Doof and the last named looks to have the best credentials. He is improving with every run and should be capable of reaching the frame. Complete Outsider doesn't appear to be one to trust totally, but did run well behind Geton at Newton abbot in November, and should be in the shake up. Miss Woodpecker hasn't raced since 2002 but hails from a shrewd stable and should be watched for any market move, however Almah looks head and shoulders above her rivals and looks set to land first prize
