In depth

Verdict

Though the going will be the quickest he has so far faced, all eyes here will be on the unbeaten EDEN DU HOUX (NAP). David Pipe’s hurdling newcomer won a Listed bumper at Ascot last December which has produced a host of winners. Hang In There was an odds-on favourite here 12 days ago but got carried out at the first flight. He should make up for the at misfortune sooner rather than later and points winner Getaway Fred looks a nice prospect. Wind surgery will need to have improved Easyrun De Vassy, however, with Gameface having more scope.
