In depth

Verdict

ON THE ROAD’s last victory over fences came off a 16lb higher so he is obviously well handicapped. He was on the heels of the leaders when unseating his rider at Uttoxeter two weeks ago but that appears to have left no lasting effects as he’s quickly back in action and Adam Wedge is back in the saddle for the first time in more than 12 months. Tudors Treasure looks a danger given he won twice here last spring and will be all the better for his second at Ffos Las. Indian Brave has been getting steadily getting closer and Legend Of Zorro won over a longer trip at Wincanton in November and is only 5lb higher. Mine's A Pint could also figure as 2m at Newbury would have been an inadequate test of stamina but Zen Master is hard to catch right.
