    Verdict

A few of these have shown promise in bumpers. Hey Bud may just be the best of these ahead of Hereford winner Apres Le Deluge, who hasn’t raced in almost a year. Come On Teddy and Comeonthebull are both worth a market check but the three with winning form over hurdles set a decent standard. Samarquand easily landed the odds at Ludlow but has to give 4lb to Plumpton scorer Getaway Trump and REMASTERED. David Pipe’s charge beat the useful Kateson in a bumper in February and, despite racing keenly, showed a nice turn of foot to make a winning start over timber at Ffos Las when the rest came home at long intervals.
