In depth

Verdict

Course and distance winner Farm The Rock was only third off this mark at Taunton when chasing a hat-trick. Vango De Vaige also won over track and trip in the autumn while March Is On ran well on his reappearance in December and remains unexposed. Bact To Black scored in a lower grade at Lingfield but Carlisle winner Some Can Dance makes more appeal. ROSEMARY RUSSET remains winless but has shown that 3m is her trip this season and Noel Fehily is back on board. Harry Fry’s mare can finally get her head in front, though Wincanton second Summit Like Herbie could be a danger if he stays.
