Pipe and McCoy should be on the mark here with Americanconnection, with Fabrezan and Happy Hussar likely to go well. Americanconnection scored on his debut here for new connections, having shown ability without scoring in Ireland, and more recently finished third on fast ground at Cheltenham. Seen as a future chaser in the making, he is not one of the stable's leading lights yet, but has the scope to progress. The easier ground here will help and he gets the vote over Fabrezan who has been fairly consistent this term. At the age of four he has time on his side and makes some appeal for place purposes. Happy Hussar bounced back here last time but did not beat much in truth, while What You Know would prefer faster conditions and is only plating class anyway. With the Nigel Twiston-Davies team in form, watch out for a good run from Oh So Wisley on his reappearance, but the fitter Americanconnection should have the measure of his rivals in what is not a strong contest.
