In depth

Verdict

STATE BENEFIT looked to be travelling like a winner when trying to take the third-last by the roots on his chasing debut at Fontwell. Providing he hasn't been soured by that experience. Nicky Henderson's charge can recoup losses here. Dona looks the one most likely to profit should the selection fail again as he wasn't given a hard time when runner-up to Notus De La Tour at Plumpton though winning hurdler Arthurian Legend is interesting tackling fences as he is closely related to the smart Travado. Stolen Thunder could also have a future over the larger obstacles but Clash Duff and Pentiffic may be best watched today.
