Verdict

POET’S MAGIC is in the form of her life and a 7lb rise may not be enough to prevent John Quinn’s mare from winning for a third time in four starts. Canagat is better than he showed over 6f at Kempton last time but the three-year-old Flame Of Freedom looks a bigger danger being less exposed. The trip is a concern for supporters of The Cruising Lord.
