The most competitive race on the card rounds off proceedings and many have chances on their best form but the main protagonists appear to be George Stubbs, Goodwood Prince, Hard To Catch and Jayanjay and we will take a chance on Hard To Catch. The gelding from the Dean Ivory yard has been in fair form of late and he was a fair third third behind Guns Blazing last time. This easier track should suit and he will be hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Goodwood Prince rates the main danger he was a good second behind Excalinor and a reproduction of that effort would give him definite place claims. George Stubbs is another that could go well but his best efforts of late have come over a longer trip. Jayanjay is also worthy of respect as he goes particularly well at this track but he has not won for a mark this high for a long time. Of the remainder Blue Knight is from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market.
