Verdict

Polybius and Watchable don’t arrive in the best of form while the remaining trio need to put recent below par efforts behind them. Handytalk ran poorly at Salisbury last time but went close here last season off a higher mark while Boom The Groom struggled in last month’s Epsom Dash but was beaten less than a length here on his penultimate start. BARON BOLT faded badly at Newmarket recently but had rattled-up a string of seconds in decent sprints before that and it’s Paul Cole’s charge that gets another chance today.
